Outlook- joining a meeting

  1. To join a meeting, you need to open Outlook. To do this tap on the Outlook icon/app on your device.
  2. To access your calendar, tap on the calendar button at the bottom on your screen.
  3. If a meeting is a virtual meeting, “Microsoft Teams Meeting” will be written in the appointment.  To join the meeting, tap on the box to open it.
  4. You will now see details of the virtual meeting. To join the meeting, please tap on the ‘Join’ button.
  5. Now you can select your call preferences before you join the call. You can turn your video on/off, turn your mic on/off and adjust your device volume.
  6. Tap on ‘Join now’, you will join the virtual meeting.
