Do you know someone who wants to work in care?

Refer your friend to work in a care or nursing role and you could receive up to £400 when they pass probation!

All Hafod colleagues are eligible to refer a friend, please see the full terms and conditions.

To refer your friend simply complete this form

Refer a Friend Process

If your friend is successfully offered a care role they will be sent a link to complete a form when onboarding. When your friend successfully passes probation you will receive £200 (care roles) or £400 (nursing roles) – terms and conditions apply.

Your friend should apply as normal for the vacancy, if they are successful they will be asked to complete the ‘New colleague refer a friend confirmation form’ as part of their onboarding.

Please note, if your friend does not complete the form whilst onboarding then you will NOT be eligible for a payment.

Payment

You will receive the payment once your friend has passed their probation. Your friend’s line manager will need to inform HR that they have passed probation and have been referred by a friend. HR will then process the payment provided you are eligible.

You will receive £200 for referring a friend to a care role and £400 for referring a friend to a nursing role. You can refer a maximum of two care colleagues or one nurse colleague per year.
