Today we hit a milestone of raising 500,000 repair orders since we implemented our current contact management system. That’s approximately 19,000 repair orders raised each year since 1999!
In 2024 we did:
- 19,500+ repairs
- 1,351 electrical safety checks
- 4,682 gas safety checks
- 396 homes had new windows and doors
- 75 homes had new roofs and/or rooflines
- 288 homes had new kitchens
- 121 homes had new boilers and heating systems
- 82 homes had new bathrooms
Customer Experience Manager Chris Davies says, “This milestone really is testament to the hard work and dedication of all colleagues across Hafod.
