Image of how the Track 2000 will look - Large building of red brick

Are you part of the Grangetown community? Do you love being creative? Show us what Grangetown means to you!

About the project
At Hafod, we’re all about helping people live well and independently. From affordable homes to care services like supported housing and care homes, we’re here to make life better.

We’re super excited to be teaming up with Hale Construction to bring the Track 2000 development to life in Grangetown, Cardiff! This project will add 74 new one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, making our vibrant community even better.

But that’s not all—we’re also investing in some fantastic social value projects across the area, and we want you to be a part of it!

The brief
We’re looking for local creatives to design a big piece of artwork (3 meters by 3 meters) that will be displayed on the scaffolding at the Track 2000 site. The theme? “What does community in Grangetown mean to you?” You’ve got full creative freedom to interpret this however you like!
