It is important to ensure we have your latest details as this is used by our contractors to arrange and update repairs, our coaches to keep you up to date on all things housing and income and our customer services team.  You may have changed providers recently and have a new phone number and or email address.

You can update your contact details by:  

  • signing into your 24/7 app – change my details tab
  • completing this online secure form
  • letting your coach or surveyor know
  • contacting our customer services team – enquiries@hafod.org.uk or 0800 024 8968

Please be aware that if we do not have your latest contact details this could delay us responding to you or any repairs being carried out.
