Heath Park Court

Heath Park court is a retirement scheme which contains 13 one-bedroom and 27 two-bedroom self-contained flats for people aged over 55. Residents can be assured of complete independence as each flat has it’s own front door as well as access to a telecare emergency call system available 24 hours a day. A fully furnished guest room is available for use for family or friends of our residents.

These flats are let on an assured tenancy agreement through the Cardiff Council Common Waiting List, with rents set at an affordable level defined by the Welsh Government. The scheme is located in a lovely part of Cardiff less than 10 minutes walk to Roath Park lake and five minutes walk to the train station.
