Meet our management team
Helen Buhagiar, Home Manager
Helen has worked at Gwynfa for over 20 years and started with us as a support worker. She really enjoys her role and loves that every day is a new day and different from the last. She particularly enjoys being with our residents, helping them live as independently as possible and improving their quality of life.
Samantha Jones, Deputy Manager
Samantha has worked with us at Gwynfa since 2017 and has completed her levels 3 and 5 in Health and Social Care during that time. Before taking up her current role, Samantha started as a carer, before moving to a senior carer role and then activities co-ordinator. She really enjoys seeing our residents enjoy a range of activities, whether individually or together as a group, ensuring they are fulfilling their hobbies and interests.
